Open Road
We were driving with some friends on a road trip in southern Utah. I love that drive because of the open spaces framed by rolling hills and mountains. There is nothing like the freedom in a road trip. On this day, the clouds were spectacular. I shot some reference materials as I was driving and then worked this painting up from that material and my memories.
